The Spine Philosophy
The Spine is a family based practice, passionate about helping people get BACK on track!
One thing that stands out, is our focus on spinal manipulation and adjustment centered care. We incorporate various modalities and co-manage with other medical practitioners but like to start with the manipulation first and foremost, then see how the body responds. Every patient is different and we acknowledge this during our history and initial patient evaluation before any adjustment is made.

Insurance Policy
***If you are trying to use insurance please email us (thespinechiro@gmail.com) or click the button below to email a copy of your insurance ID and government ID. Verification may take up to 48 hours. You may be charged the full amount and credited once payment is received.
** As a reminder, a prior authorization is not a guarantee of payment. Payment is subject to member eligibility and benefits on the date of service. If you fail to email us prior to your appointment, your insurance may not be used until your next visit. Mahalo for understanding!

Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment prior to 24 hours of your appointment.
You are able to cancel or reschedule your appointment yourself using square's site.
If you are unable to cancel using the site, please call and leave a message
Any messages received after the 24 hour period will be a "no show"
Any cancellations or no shows after the 24 hour grace period will be charged
a $50 cancellation/no show fee. The account will be updated to reflect the fee.
Ex. $200 = $150 New Patient + $50 No Show/Cancellation
$125 = $75 Follow Up + $50 No Show
$65 = $15 Copay + $50 No Show
(Insurance Does NOT cover No show fees)
